P19-751 is an uninhabited planet in the Pegasus Galaxy.
At some point, the planet was inhabited by humans or Ancients, but a climate crisis causing heat waves, high temperatures, and large concentrations of CO2 in the atmosphere caused the people to die out or abandon the planet. The Stargate is intact in the middle of a vast desert. There may be life in the seas, but there are no longer any large forests or other means of oxygen production on the ground. Something about the mineral composition of the sand of the planet makes the sand stick to everything it touches. seeking antebellumAR-1 (including Ronon) go on a recon to this planet in January, 2006, but aborts the mission earlier than planned due to a heavy sandstorm that rolls in. Because of the vast deserts and harsh climate, Ford wants them to nickname it "Tatooine". The ten thousand (or more) year old Ancient database described the planet as "thriving", and McKay concludes that the probably held life at some point but not anymore.
